HMI was founded in 2018 with a focus on delivering high-performance construction solutions in emerging markets. From its earliest projects, the company earned recognition for its ability to execute complex builds under demanding conditions. In 2020, HMI entered the Indonesian market, where it quickly became a trusted contractor for several leading developers.Responding to the scale and pace of regional growth, the company restructured in 2021, adopting a linear-functional management system that brought sharper oversight, operational clarity, and standardization across all projects. Today, HMI operates in full compliance with Indonesia’s national building code and provides a full suite of contracting services, backed by its own fleet of construction equipment.

The current portfolio comprises two distinct asset groups within the luxury villa segment.The first consists of 16 villas under management, totaling 2,300 square meters. These assets achieve an average daily rental rate of $250 and generate approximately $1.2 million in annual revenue, supported by over $5 million in committed investment.As part of the management mandate, the company delivers a comprehensive suite of services, including guest relations, staffing and personnel training, housekeeping, preventative and corrective maintenance, financial and occupancy reporting, reservations and revenue management, marketing and distribution, as well as 24/7 concierge coordination—ensuring operational excellence and elevated guest satisfaction.The second group includes five villas under direct ownership and operation, covering 1,000 square meters. With an average daily rate of $200, this segment delivers $350,000 in annual revenue and reflects a capital deployment of $1.25 million. Together, both segments represent a balanced approach to asset control and third-party management in the premium hospitality space.
